Randstad are delighted to be once again partnering with our client who are a well-known and respected Australian ASX-Listed business with over a 1000 locations across the country. You will be working as part of a team that is partly based in Brisbane and partly in Sydney.

The payroll team and broader office have solid tenures among staff making this a rare opportunity to join their business. Upon walking into one of their offices you will see a lot of smiling faces and be provided with a high level of flexibility.

About the role:

Reporting into the Payroll Team Leader and working as part of a medium sized team responsible for full end-to-end payroll processing, your duties will include:

- Provide accurate and timely end-to-end payroll processing
- Processing terminations, redundancies, back pays and superannuation payments
- Calculating terminations, redundancies and leave entitlements
- New starter onboarding and employee file maintenance
- Provide support in relation to systems administration along with some upcoming exciting projects
- Providing a high level of customer service while assisting employees with their queries

About you:

- 3+ years of end-to-end experience with payroll processing within a complex, high volume environment
- Solid award interpretation skills
- You possess a continuous improvement mindset and the ability to work with the team on upcoming projects
- A team player with excellent communication skills and a customer centric approach to your work
- Experience using SAP within the last 5 years is essential to be considered for this role.

This is a 12 month fixed-term contract with the potential to extend. My client is open to start dates, whether that be immediately or even early on in the new year.
