Key duties and responsibilities include:
- Respond to and resolve customer queries through an array of channels.
- Adhere to city personal KPIs as well as Local Government policies, procedures, and relevant legislation.
- Liaise with team members to solve customer queries, including complex/emotive enquiries.
- Regularly participate in coaching, training and team meetings.
- Perform other relevant duties under direction of the supervisor.
About you:
- Call centre experience (not required but would be great)
- High quality of customer service experience
- IT Savvy
- Outgoing and friendly
- Keen on developing a career
Skills and qualifications:
- Must have completed year 12 education or equivalent.
- Previous customer service experience within a large organisation is desirable.
