Job Description
Reporting to the Global Recruitment Lead, your role will include:
- Manage the full cycle GTM (Go-To-Market) recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate & hiring manager experience
- Source active and passive candidates from a variety of sources and communities: online and internal databases, employee referrals, events, networking, and research
- Build relationships and collaborate with global recruiters, hiring managers, and local
- stakeholders to drive comprehensive recruiting strategies for the APAC market across technical positions
- Think creatively and bring an innovative framework to talent acquisition
- Partner with the broader recruiting team to build efficient and scalable recruiting
- processes
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate will speak both English and Japanese as they will be recruiting in both demographics. The successful candidate will have strong communication/stakeholder engagement, and demonstrate the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment.
