About Our ClientComing up to 20 years in the industry, my client is Iconic Australian brand that is known around the world and most famously in the sporting industry for their top-notch quality. This organisation is a big name at events like the Commonwealth Games and the Olympics, providing professional athletes with the means to compete in their chosen events. My client is looking for a social media whizz to continue to drive engagement with their established products and to be a part of their venture into new facets of sportswear.
Job Description
- Social media management - planning, creating, posting, managing.
- Content development - Assisting with content and photo shoot preparation and execution, taking a hands-on approach to content creation.
- Brand management -Creating copy and social plans for Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, TikTok.
- Writing copy and creating and executing all weekly EDMs.
- Work closely with digital team to assist in optimising website performance.
- Devising social strategies to drive growth, engagement, and sales for our eCom channels and our Marketplaces based on data and insights.
- Manage influencer program.
- Reporting & analysis - tracking success metrics and utilising data to adapt, modify, enhance current and future work.
- Onsite visits to gyms, stadiums etc to promote the bran and increase engagement.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will be imbued with drive, creativity, and positivity, they will also hold a passion for social media and fitness/active lifestyle. Technical success will be emulated by;
- You have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a marketing, social media and/or content creation role.
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite: particularly InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop and social media scheduling software.
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is desirable but not essential.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly to change and work in a fast-paced environment and adhere to tight deadlines.
