- At least 2-3 years of Bookkeeping experience
- Are experienced at entering and maintaining the finance accounts in a small to medium business
- Processing payments, invoices, income and receipts and entering data into accounting software or databases
- Have strong bookkeeping or accounting skills
- Have experience working in Microsoft Office, Xero and an aptitude to learn new software and systems
- Are experienced in preparing monthly finance reports
- Have strong attention to detail and an eye for continuous improvement
- Have a customer focused mindset and approach for both internal and external customers and suppliers
- Are wanting to continue to learn and grow your knowledge, skills and experience
- Love working in a team to achieve shared goals
- Are wanting to enjoy your work and contribute to a business that aims to help 1,000,000 people reach their full potential (through education and training)
