My client is a National Transport organisation based in the western suburbs & due to growth we are currently seeking an Administrator to work the afternoon shift on a temp to perm basis.
You will be responsible for

- Manage specific customer requirements, queries, complaints and missed deliveries
- Daily liaising with truck drivers
- Attending to operational enquiries over the phone and via email
- Provide administrative, operational and general assistance to the Operations Team
- Data entry and manifesting
- Load compiling and transport coordination
- Coordinate stock allocation
- Updating orders (pallets, confirming customer details etc)
- Adhoc duties
To be successful in this role, it is essential that you have
- Reliability and commitment to the organisation
- The ability to be organised and a great communicator
- A friendly and proactive approach to the company that you are representing
- The ability to work within a team environment
- Computer savvy
