Complete Air Supply is a specialist supplier of air conditioning components, specialising in Commercial Plan Quotations & flat packed manufacturing to service a large region across QLD. We are proud to be part of the Beijer Ref Group, Australia, which has over 100 branches and approximately 700 employees.Due to our ongoing growth, we now have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Internal Sales / Customer Service Representative to join us and be part of our success.

About your new role?
Reporting to the Branch Manager, your responsibilities will include:Assist customers with trade counter and phone sales enquiries;Provide product information and support to customers (face to face, phone and email);Processing of sales orders, invoices, quotations, purchase orders and stock transfers;Assist with merchandising of the trade centre showroom;Ensure customers receive a high standard of service within the branch; andGeneral administration duties.
What will make you successful?
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate strong communication skills, a true customer service focus, and enjoy working in a faced-paced environment. In addition, and key for success in this role, the successful candidate will have:Self motivated with a good work ethic;Air Conditioning, Refrigeration or Electrical sales experience (preferred but not essential);Attention to detail and good organisational skills;Intermediate level of computer skills; andPossess strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills.
