About the role:

Our client is seeking an experienced administrator to join their team to assist in providing exceptional legal administrative support. The team is well established, supportive and high performing and they are looking for an individual who can show initiative, prioritise tasks and provide quality service to their many existing clients.

Duties:

- Managing the new enquiries inbox
- Preparing invoices, correspondence and legal documents
- Indexing reports and managing files
- Archiving of documents
- Account reconciliation
- Assisting with client enquiries over the phone and via email
- General administrative duties

Skills and Experience:

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Great initiative and a willingness to learn
- Previous experience in an administration role, preferably in the legal sector
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel essential)
- Previous experience using document management software
- Demonstrated accurate word processing
- Possess a professional demeanor
- A friendly and inclusive disposition with a can-do attitude
