This business specializes in high end residential homes specializing in creating luxurious homes that are tailored to a unique vision and lifestyle. There experienced architects, designers, and builders are dedicated to using only the Quality materials and state-of-the-art techniques to bring a dream home to life.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Your position will report to the Directors of the company and will have you liaising with a tight-knit and collaborative Team. You will be responsible for all end to end deliverables from start to completion. Stakeholder management is key for this role.

- Planning and scheduling: I work with the project team to develop a comprehensive project plan and schedule, outlining timelines for each phase of the project.
- Budget management: I am responsible for managing the project budget, tracking costs, and ensuring that the project is completed within the allocated budget.
- Quality control: I oversee the quality of all work done on the project, ensuring that it meets the required standards and specifications.
- Risk management: I identify and mitigate risks throughout the project, taking steps to prevent delays, cost overruns, and other potential issues.
- Communication: I maintain open and regular communication with all stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and vendors, to keep everyone informed about the project's progress.
- Problem-solving: When issues arise, I work with the project team to identify and implement solutions to keep the project on track.
- Safety management: I ensure that all safety requirements and regulations are met on the construction site.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Demonstrated Experience on high end residential project management
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
- 3 - 4 years experience in Project management
Your responsibility as a residential project manager is to ensure that the projects are completed on time, on budget, and to the highest standards of quality, while keeping all stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the process.
