job detailsRandstad are currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Fitter for our client who is a leading Food manufacturer in Australia. Based in Erskine Park, successful candidates will be joining a high performing operations team, contributing to the smooth running of afternoon maintenance team, as well as enhancing the strengthening the company culture. You will provide high quality maintenance and repairs to equipment throughout the plant, with a strong emphasis on preventative maintenance, to achieve acceptable production levels and a high standard in engineering support.

Key Responsibilities:
- Planned and preventative maintenance of all plant and equipment within the factory
- Prioritising of tasks to be completed in a timely manner
- Analysis and diagnosis of faults with the equipment
- Attend breakdowns and act as a point of contact
- Effectively report any issues in accordance with company standards and policies
- Afternoon Shift (12.45pm - 9.00pm)
Experience required:
- Relevant Mechanical Trade qualifications
- Demonstrated previous food manufacturing experience
- Ability to diagnose and provide technical solutions
- Processed based risk assessment skills
- High level numeracy and communication skills
