About The RoleThis is a full time position working Monday - Friday, in a Aged Care home of 144 beds.
You will lead a culture that promotes positivity and safety while delivering an excellent Model of Care that focuses on the individual emotional and physical needs of all residents
You will liaise with all stakeholders to deliver best practice and operational excellence, including allied health, hospitality, lifestyle and community activities.
About you
- Sound computer skills and the ability to work across different systems and processes
- A kind, dedicated nature with strong alignment to our values - Compassion, Justice, Integrity and Excellence;
- Understanding of Aged Care and residents rights and responsibilities
- Strong HR and people management skills including staff leadership and development, succession planning and experience in a residential aged care environment.
