We are currently on the lookout for a full-time Senior Internal Sales / Account Manager in our Bibra Lake offices. This role will have a focus on WA sales but with a strong national support for specialist knowledge and project requirements.
Position responsibilities include: Responsible for sales quotations, order entry and executionNegotiating quotation margins, freight costs and profit margins with exceptional customer serviceOverview inventory requirements and sales forecasting of specific productsSupporting our national sales team in regards to specialist product and project requirementsLeads solutions efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnelCustomer relationship development
For this exciting and hands on role, you will need the following qualifications:Knowledge of the Stainless Steel industry would be considered an advantage but is not essentialPrevious experience in sales servicing or within; Industrial Wholesale including industries related to Engineering, Fabrication, Marine, Mining would be advantageous but not essentialPrevious experience with sourcing and supply of materials, both national and internationally would be advantageous but not essentialStrong oral and written communication skills with a high level of attention to detail.The ability to work within a team to achieve the best service delivery for our customers.A high level of customers service capability & ethic
