Position Overview: We are currently seeking passionate Registered Nurses to join our team on either a full-time or part-time basis. Our facility offers a diverse range of services, including specialized palliative and dementia care, as well as rehabilitation stays after hospitalization.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to residents, incorporating individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor and assess the health and well-being of residents.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of tailored care plans.
- Offer emotional support to residents and their families.
Requirements:
- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Previous experience in aged care, palliative care, and dementia care preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Compassionate and person-centered approach to care.
