The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor to join our team. This is a Temporary Contract with the opportunity to be developed into a Fixed Term Agreement or Permanent Offer. This contract is until 2024, potentially longer.
The City Link Alliance project is very high profile and is an exciting opportunity to be a part of history. You will be overseeing a very large team across three stations and liaising with wider management to to ensure any issues are resolved in a timely manner. A competitive remuneration is on offer for the right candidate.
Key Duties:
- Manage anywhere from 12-200 staff on site.
- You will pose strong leadership skills to drive the team.
- Ensure work moves along smoothly in accordance with the timeline.
- Liaise and Solve Problems that may occur between different contractors.
- Be able to direct people/contractors in the right direction.
About You:
- Construction Supervisor Experience.
- Experience in fit-out of large buildings or complexes.
- Experience in Electrical Installation of comms and technology.
- Organisation and ability of reporting.
- Being able to liaise with management when issues arise - Strong communication skills.
- Experience in successfully driving productivity in a team.
- Great understanding of Health and Safety.
- Strong Project Management Experience is an advantage.
- This role is Monday to Friday and is 10 hour days (50 hour weeks).
- It is not essential to be a certified electrician but you will need to know enough technical detail to be able to reach out to the right people for help etc.
