We are seeking an experienced Network & Systems Administrator to work within the Infrastructure Support team to provide exceptional technical and operational services to support the business growth and
development. The role will be part of the national Infrastructure Support team based in Adelaide working within the local Technical Support Team, providing both local and support across Australia and the APAC region.

You will be detailed and focused on accuracy.
Key Accountabilities/Outcomes:Contribute to the security assessment and design of systems and solutions across the businessAssist with network monitoring, analysis, performance tuning and troubleshooting of problems as necessary to maintain network performance to meet business demandsAssist with network access, control, evaluation and documentation practices used to secure the organisations networkUndertake operational procedures and tasks reliably and consistently to reduce the risk of unplanned outagesContribute to the analysis of records and logs to identify underlying trends and potential issuesMaintain an awareness of current and emerging technologiesTest, evaluate, and contribute to decisions about new technologiesMaintain an awareness of network security trendsBe responsive to requests for support whilst delivering against agreed activities and timelinesLiaise with 3rd party service providers and customers

Mandatory
Demonstrated success in operational support of a robust and available ICT infrastructureDemonstrated experience implementing and administrating, Cisco, Aruba, CheckPointEffective interpersonal and customer service skills with an ability to work collaboratively with the team, the business and an ability to deal with difficult situationsDemonstrated ability to work autonomously as requiredStrong written and verbal communication skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsDemonstrate accountability and the ability to plan and prioritiseAn ability to project manage and maintain accurate records, as well as strong documentation skills
Desirable
Appropriate certification in the relevant technologies described aboveKnowledge of, and experience with firewalls e.g., CheckPoint, Palo Alto, F5, Fortinet etcKnowledge of and experience with VMware, Windows Server, LinuxDemonstrated success or experience migrating workloads into the public cloud environmentMaintain a keen interest in cyber security
