About the role
Senior Automation Tester is responsible for setting up Test automation framework, automation of functional and non-functional test cases, test execution and reportingActive participation in Sprint testing activities.Collaborate and work with various project stakeholders to understand the applications, requirements and manual test cases for each Sprint and automate.Establish Test Automation Framework and test setup based on the applications to be automated and further script, execute and report test results based on the planned test executions.Regular maintenance/updates of the automated test case for every sprint based on the new functionalities/changes and ensure they are executable for Regression Testing.Automation of Performance Testing and report key issues to be addressed.Implementation of CI/CD processes/pipelines.Test automation using SOAP UI, Selenium, JMeter and automation programming languages such as Java, Java Script or C#.Test execution using SQL, JIRA, ExcelSupport manual testing and other testing activities when required, based on priority.Defect analysis and logging.
Skills and experience:
Preferred :Good exposure in functional automation, Performance Testing, Test execution and reporting.Good exposure to Integration testing (P2P)Experience in API testing SOAP UI.Knowledge of DevOps toolsLog management ( e.g. - Splunk)Experience and ability in conducting testing activities in an agile environment under a specific time frame;Hands on experience in functional test automation and ability to setup test automation framework, automation of Regression test cases, execution and reporting.Performance test automation and reporting.Great written and oral communication skills;
Optional:Good Exposure to Service Cloud functionalities ( e.g Case Management Knowledge Management etc) Integration patterns and approaches ( both inbound and Outbound)Knowledge of Vlocity - CPQ functionality (nice to have)Experience in Federal Government projects.Experience in using TestLink.
General :Strong analytical and problem solving skills.Self-motivated with attention to detailGood interpersonal skillsAbility to work within distributed team composed of people from multiple countries and time zones (Europe)Ability to work within a highly specialised team environment
