- Willingness to travel to different locations around Queensland and interstate
- Motivation to provide high quality care to residents and their families
- Minimum 1 year experience working within an Aged Care setting
- Qualified with a Certificate III in Individual Support
- Australian work rights & National Police Clearance
- Flu and Covid-19 vaccination
- Basic Life Support Certificate
