About the Role:

As Pharmacy Services Manager (Internal Locum), you will be a key member of the team traveling across Brisbane and Northern Regional locations to provide store support when required and maintain successful store performance, profitability and continued growth of the business. This is a unique and varied role where you will have the opportunity to work alongside different teams while utilising your leadership skills to develop teams and deliver continued quality care.

In this role you will manage a successful dispensary and forward dispensing-focused service while ensuring all Pharmacy guidelines are adhered to.

Skills and Experience:

* Bachelor of Pharmacy or equivalent with AHPRA registration
* Familiarity with MINFOS and FRED preferred but not essential
* Ability to travel across Brisbane and Northern Regional locations when required
* Strong leadership skills and excellent communication skills
* Able to work both autonomously and within a team
* Driven to ensure a quality, solutions-focused service is delivered
