Key Responsibilities
- Deliver detailed project scoping and project development activities in consultation with the Project Development Manager to ensure major infrastructure projects meet objectives
- Assist in the delivery of environmental impact assessments
- Deliver detailed project development briefs and monitor quality of design and other work by contractors
- Contribute to the development and implementation of community engagement plans to eensure effective community consultation in the development phase of projects
Key Requirements
- Extensive experience in project planning, development and project management
- Demonstrated experience in managing and liaising with consultants to achieve project objectives, including procurement and contractor management
- Demonstrated knowledge and management of the delivery of project environmental impact assessment, response to submission reports and specialist environmental reports
- Demonstrated knowledge and management of project business case development and project assurance processes
- Experience in management/oversight of project controls and systems, including risk management, scheduling, financials and estimating
- Experience in stakeholder management and consultation with key stakeholders, property owners and community groups
- Demonstrated experience in large road projects (preferably in NSW)
**Candidates must have major roads experience, preferably in NSW in development and delivery**
