Key responsibilities -
- Assist with end to end recruitment - advertising, phone screening, interviews and employee offers for all roles including head office and blue collar roles
- Assist with new employee life cycle - new employee induction, on boarding and payroll documentation
- General HR support where required
- Assist with new employee and payroll documentation.
- Assist with the apprentice program and provide ongoing support to apprentices
- General admin and reception duties when required
Ideally you will have
- Strong admin skills
- Experience in recruitment and HR admin or a passion for this industry
- Blue collar recruitment highly regarded
- Excellent communication skills
- Understanding of the end to end recruitment process
- A people person
