Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Valves Sales Specialist to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in valves and fluid control systems, coupled with exceptional sales skills and a customer-centric approach. As a Valves Sales Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our customer base, driving revenue growth, and fostering long-term relationships with clients who are based within the water industry

Responsibilities:

- Identify and target potential customers within assigned territories or industries.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients through regular communication and visits.
- Provide technical expertise and product knowledge to customers, addressing their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering and marketing, to support customer requirements and enhance product offerings.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to capitalize on new opportunities.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and presentations to customers effectively.
- Negotiate contracts and terms of sale, ensuring favorable outcomes for both the company and the customer.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to management on sales activities, forecasts, and market trends.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the valves or fluid control industry.
- Strong technical understanding of valves and fluid control systems, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
