Job summary
West Coast Automotive Group is a family owned Automotive Business which now has 6 Franchises within the group and is a business that prides itself on excellent customer service.An opportunity exists for an experienced Service Advisor to join our customer focused Customer Care Team at West Coast Automotive Group.
Our ideal team member will have had previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor with a strong customer focus, attention to detail and outstanding time management and organizational skills.
Our brands include Cars and Motorcycles and experience in both would be highly advantageous!
Your daily duties will include but not limited to :
Meet and greet customers
Facilitate service bookings both face to face and over the phone
Respond to customers queries and requests within a timely manner ensuring customer satisfaction is maintained
Update customers on their vehicle's progress throughout the day
Cost repair orders and provide customers with detailed explanation or works carried out on their vehicle and future service requirements
Ongoing commitment to Holden Factory Training
To be considered for this role, the following skills and experience are essential:
Possess excellent communication skills
A strong work ethic
The ability to work well as part of a team
Computer literacy including email operations and telephone skills, a knowledge of Titan DMS will be advantageous however on the job training will be provided if required.
