Receptionist Position
We are seeking a true team player to ensure the smooth running of our wellness spa, furthermore skill and experience in the delivery of spa and beauty services is considered an advantage.
What will make you the ideal candidate:Outstanding performance and ability to direct and support team membersDevoted to executing a premium customer service experienceExcellent communication skills, with the ability to listen to guest needs and make recommendations based on these needs.Written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in Google emails, calendar, documents & slides Ability to work independently and pro-activelyAbility to multitask and time managementExcellent personal presentation and groomingHighly organised and able to deliver a premium customer service experience at high demand timesReliable and flexible with working shifts and availability to work Saturday
Beneficial A desire to learn and update your skill level and knowledge in Business Development that includes Office Administration, Google, Social media, Online Events and Promotions. Certificate III Business Administration, Certificate III, IV or Diploma in Beauty Therapy and/or Massage TherapyCareer progression to Spa Manager is available for the right candidate
Hours: Full time, Part time or casual (flexible employment arrangement)
Remuneration: Minimum Above Award wages -negotiable (generous) wages dependent on skills & experience. Plus bonuses and incentives
Beauty Therapist
Keen interest and passion in everything Skin as well as providing a holistic approach towards beauty and wellness. As a Wellness Spa and Holistic skin clinic we cater for clients seeking a Holistic approach to correct facial conditions which includes, facial treatments, wellness lifestyle advice and clean beauty self-care products for longer lasting results.
Essential Requirements:Minimum certificate III in Beauty Therapy completed (a Bachelor of Dermal Sciences or Diploma in Beauty Therapy is highly regarded but not essential)Minimum 1 year recent experience in a similar roleConfident and competent in waxing, facials, manicures and pedicures, tinting and spray tansConfident and competent in relaxation massage (other types of massage are advantages but not essential)

Advantage Experience performing O Cosmedics, Dermal Peels, Microdermabrasion, Skin needling with Dermapen 4, LED, Hydrotherapy, body scrubs and wraps is an advantage, however not essential as training is providedCareer progression to Spa Manager is available for the right candidate
