job detailsHR Partners is excited to be partnering with a national transport and logistics company based in Western Sydney. They are offering a Hybrid/Flexible work arrangement, and growth and development opportunities.
As a Talent Acquisition Manager in this transformative and growing company, you will:
- Lead the TA function
- Acquire talent at all levels
- Meet the labour strategy and overall KPIS of the organisation
- Report directly to the Chief People and Capability Officer
- Bring your experience and creativity in EVPs, recruitment strategies i.e., online and social media
- Provide advice and coaching to the Business Partners and CPCO on market trends and insights
- Influence and mentor Operation Recruiters
Your consultative approach, credibility, and trust with multiple stakeholders coupled with your proven track record, will be the key to your success. Along with:
- 3+ years in TA/recruitment experience (ideally blue collar)
- Outstanding communication, and stakeholder and client management skills
- Excellent time management
- Agile, creative, innovative thinking and a leader
