About Our ClientTrading since 1938, our client is a highly successful product distributor within the Pharmacy, Grocery and Office Supplies industry across both Australia and New Zealand. Over the years, the client has built strong relationships with a multitude of successful stockists, as well as well-known manufacturers within the retail sector. My client is looking to expand their digital presence, specifically through social media avenues.
Job Description
In this exciting position you will be launching and managing the social media platforms of 9 key brands distributed by the client. Furthermore, this role is also responsible for:
- Creating content calendars for all 9 brands across multiple social platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and potentially Pinterest and Twitter.
- Writing and editing copy to be used and posted on each of the brands social platforms, while also conducting regular photoshoots alongside the marketing team to create content in line with created copy.
- Liaising with internal graphic designer to generate content that is engaging and in line with the brand's messaging.
- Reaching out to influencers and content creators to develop partnerships and ensure they are supplying digital assets
- Creating ads to be used across all social platforms and then analyse their reach and impact to ensure they are maintaining an appropriate ROAS.
- Maintaining some community management in line with the customer service team.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will have at least 2-3 years' experience in a social media role, preferably within a product based, rather than a service-based organisation. The client is looking for an organised self-starter, that will bring creativity to the brand. Furthermore, it is essential for the candidate to have the below experience:
- Basic graphic design experience using Adobe.
- Must have experience using Instagram and Facebook, experience with Tik Tok and LinkedIn is preferable.
- Paid ads experience, specifically the use of Facebook Ads.
- Strong copy-writing skills.
