A bit about the role
The primary purpose of this position is to oversee and supervise the Projects Team and ensure they establish a professional working relationship with participants attending BUSY At Works Skilling Queenslanders for Work or Indigenous programs.

This role will involve supervision of Team Members in addition to delivering programs (i.e providing training and contributing to the delivery and development of safe, creative and varied programs suited to the needs of participants while ensuring their safety, security and supervision).

As the successful candidate, you will have:
Demonstrated experience in the delivery of excellent customer service and a commitment to a standard of excellence which results in business improvement. Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills with the ability to work in partnership with apprentices, trainees and hosts.
A bit about your experience and quals
As the successful candidate, you will hold a qualification in social work, education, youth work or behavioural sciences, experience ad knowledge of job placement and work experience and hold a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment .

You will have strong communication skills and knowledge of RTO, Employment Services, Australian Apprenticeships, Vocational Training and Education systems. You will have a strong client focus and desire to be part of a growing, high achieving, and successful service organisation.
