What Youll be Doing
Do you have a passion to lead and motivate others? Looking for an opportunity to build relationships and partnerships across departments? In this role, youll manage a team responsible for recruiting amazing talent. Youll work with your team daily to achieve recruiting goals.

Youll report to the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition. Youll contribute to the team and the success of the business by leading the team bringing amazing talent to work and grow their careers with TTEC.

During a Typical Day, Youll

Consistently achieve recruiting goals through motivating and supporting your recruitment team

Recruit and retain a recruitment team and encourage them to consistently reach for amazing

Foster an inclusive team and environment through your recruitment initiatives

Manage, develop and maintain the communication flow and strategic partnership between departments

Improve the key success metrics associated with hiring goals

What You Bring to the Role

Bachelors Degree

4 years minimum experience managing a recruiting team in a high-volume recruiting environment

1 year minimum experience leading a team

Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems

Sourcing expertise using internet job boards, or other job seeker database systems

Lead and influence others by example, coaching, and mentoring

High level of integrity, judgment, accountability, and follow-through

Successfully able to manage multiple on-going projects with knowledge of local and state employment laws
