With over 80+ staff on-site, you will be based at the main manufacturing facility near Prestons, in Sydney's South West.
You will be joining a business focused on growth, continuous improvements, automation, and a positive safety-focused culture.
Job Description
You will have a handful of direct reports, including a Maintenance Manager, Planner, and Supervisors with who you will lead, develop and work together to drive business initiatives around automation, process improvement, cost reduction, reliability, maintenance, training, and development of staff.
With P&L responsibilities and a focus on best practice, this important leadership role has responsibility off the entire site, driven by a strategic vision and the ability to build relationships and deliver results.
Reporting to the Operations Director you will have a supportive, strategic, and structured leadership team around you. Utilise your exceptional communication skills to build strong relationships and foster an inclusive and productive working environment.

- Relevant qualifications or additional training in leadership, change management, manufacturing, or similar will be highly regarded
- Strong technical and mechanical understanding (especially around machinery, production lines, electrical and mechanical)
- Demonstrated experience leading manufacturing teams, and fostering positive & productive workplace cultures
- A strong leader with strategic vision and exceptional communication skills who can build strong relationships
Production Managers, Reliability Managers, and those in similar fields with a solid understanding of manufacturing operations are also encouraged to apply. FMCG exposure would also be highly regarded
