Job Description

- Create and maintain memorable, fun and inviting workplace experiences for all staff and guests aligned to our values across all offices
- Develop engagement across a national team, using online and in person experiences
- Champion our ESG across what and how we do things in the workplace experience pillar
- Management of our Sydney and Gold Coast offices, plus working hubs across Australia ensuring they are places our team are excited to come to everyday
- Be the hub for ideas, local events, industry workplace experience news and enthusiasm for seeking better for our teams
- Maintain a clean, orderly and beautiful Sydney workspace including set up of meeting rooms, TV's and music to create a positive office environment
- Management of weekly community lunches, kitchen stock, alcohol, stationary and budget

The Successful Applicant

- Workplace experience, HR or office management in a technology or digital culture desired
- Passionate about people experiences, creating an amazing place to work and owning
- Tech savvy, can happily work to set up conferencing and support meeting room tech
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Creative & innovative approach to creating engagement
