We have an exciting opportunity for a Field Sales Representative to join our field-based sales team, supporting the Western suburbs retail and on-premise accounts (restaurants, bars, pubs, bottle shops, and clubs).
This role will be based in the Western Suburbs of Sydney, spanning Penrith to Parramatta.
This role is full-time and permanent.
Key responsibilities include:
Achieve sales KPIs around revenue, call rates, coverage, distribution, trade spend, product mix and volume
Execute sales strategies and state-based initiatives to achieve annual revenue targets for your portfolio
Participate as a member of State Leadership Teams and the State Field Sales community
Arrange your territory into a journey plan that delivers efficient service to customers
Update and maintain our CRM system.
What youll bring:
2+ years of field sales experience or strong hospitality experience
Wed love someone with experience in the FMCG industry (ideally liquor) however well train you up if youre an excellent salesperson with a love for achieving KPIs
Stellar negotiation and influencing skills
Goal-driven, with excellent organisational skills and a passion for wine!
