Job Description
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing strategies to optimise procurement processes.
- Conduct comprehensive data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
- Streamline procurement processes and drive continuous improvement through process optimisation.
- Evaluate and mitigate risks associated with procurement activities, ensuring compliance with regulations and policies.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and negotiate contracts to optimise procurement expenses.
- Foster strong relationships with suppliers, managing performance and resolving issues.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align procurement strategies with business objectives.
- Evaluate, implement, and manage procurement technology and systems to enhance efficiency and data visibility.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a procurement analyst, with a focus on strategic sourcing and cost optimisation.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
- In-depth knowledge of procurement processes, supplier management, and risk mitigation.
- Excellent negotiation and contract management skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and build strong supplier relationships.
- Experience with procurement software and digital tools.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
