THE ROLE
This position is a diverse role suited to an experienced office supervisor with strong bookkeeping skills, reporting directly to the company Accountant and Managing Director. This position approximately 20-30 hours per week and working hours will be flexible to suit the successful applicant.
Duties will include:
· Account data entry.
· Processing all account receivable and payable.
· Sales/revenue reconciliation and reporting
· Weekly payroll including superannuation payment and leave management.
· Bank reconciliation
· Account reconciliations, month end and year end processing, reconciling, and reporting
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
To be successful in the role, you will possess a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role, be highly organised, well developed communication skills and a strong attention to detail. Knowledge of MYOB AccountRight accounting software is essential.

· MYOB Account right and payroll knowledge.
· Understanding of basic accounting principles.
· Well-developed computer skills including Excel databases.
· A sharp analytical ability.
· Excellent self-management and good interpersonal skills.
