About the role
An exciting opportunity exists to join Zurich's Governance division as an Insights Manager on a sixteen-month contract.
In this diverse role, you will be responsible for delivering insight analytics and reporting across the Insurance platforms. You will drive process change and improvement through the analysis of complaint data, uncovering root causes of complaint drivers and identifying possible systemic issues. Collaborating with a range of stakeholders, you will also present data to Executive Management to enable business units to understand and solve customers' pain points and meet complaint reduction targets.
Important to your success
Strong experience within the Life Insurance sector Solid knowledge of RG271 principles Analytical mindset and innate ability to interpret data Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Knowledge of ASIC regulations Advanced Excel skills Salesforce experience would be beneficial
