About us
We are a training provider that brings together experts in their fields to deliver crucial training in the most engaging and effective way possible.
Just over 6 years ago our two founders, Ben and Motti, noticed a fundamental problem in the way a lot of important training was being delivered and were worried that people were leaving courses without the confidence and skills to deal with situations in the real world. So they established Real Response with the mission to empower all students with the vital skills needed to navigate their way through critical situations.
From our 2 founders starting the business in Melbourne, weve grown into a team of 40+ people spread around Australia who are all passionately driven by a common purpose to empower people to be able to help others.
Today our incredible team facilitates courses in first aid, fire, evacuation, mental health, tactical medicine and security. We work with clients like Qantas, DFAT, Metro Trains, University of Melbourne and lots more. We also have a team of gaming developers in Melbourne building cutting edge training solutions using virtual reality and other technologies.
