Job summary
The Cushman & Wakefield service delivery team is responsible for the delivery of a range of property and facilities management services and its various agencies nominated freehold and leasehold property portfolio across New South Wales (NSW). This includes property and facility management, procurement exercises, minor churn, environmental and associated financial management services.The portfolio is diverse and includes, but is not limited to, commercial offices, depots and heavy vehicle inspection stations.
This role covers the Newcastle Region.
Role Purpose:
The primary focus of this role is:To ensure thorough inspections are conducted, including the collection and verification of base asset dataBe the main contact for the local vendor base in your region, gaining an intimate knowledge of their portfolio and requirementsAs the local regional SME, provide the upmost in Customer Experience for your clients
About the role:Key interface between the client and Cushman & Wakefields Customer Experience Centre (Helpdesk)Manage escalations via the Customer Experience Centre (Helpdesk)Manage the day to day operation of the sites, including scheduled and ad-hoc worksManage the on-time (KPI) completion of scheduled and ad-hoc works; following through with contractors prior to the due date, with support from the Customer Experience Centre teamProcess quoted works with contractors and follow through on timely client and FM approvalsProcess invoices for both scheduled and ad-hoc maintenance works and review and approve costingsEnsure timely submission of invoices by contractors and review finance claims for accuracyEnsure that safety measures and systems are implemented in accordance with relevant legislation, policy and customer safety requirementsIdentify hazards and conduct risk assessments for the tasks associated with the contractPrepare and submit reports as requiredManage site operations to ensure continuity of property services with minimum disruptionComplete Contractor and C&W HSSEQ audits and spot checksAssist in ensuring all client, compliance and operational policies and procedures, are being adhered toMeet with FM Lead weekly and report on operational status of work orders and any ongoing issuesProvision of monthly and other reporting and administrative requirements, including meeting minutes, as requiredOther related duties as assigned from time to time by the Contract and/or Facilities Managers or arising from contract requirementsFrom time to time chair vendor performance meetings
