Reporting to Executive housekeeper, as the overnight PA Supervisor you will take personal pride in ensuring all areas are cleaned to a standard that exceeds guests expectations so that they look forward to booking their NEXT visit!
Position Requirements:Ability to work autonomously with a high degree of efficiency and attention to detailCleans rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, floors, hallways, restrooms and all public areas using various machinery and toolsSweeps, mops, scrubs, waxes. vacuums and polishes floor.Collects soiled linen and restocks linen supplies on the floors and strips room if requiredAssists in keeping the lobby area clean, neat and free of debris andrubbish as needed.Maintains housekeeping carts, guest amenities and stocks supplies to par levelsHelps the room attendants with heavy lifting and special cleaningprojects as directed.Report maintenance requirementsReporting any lost property following correct hotel proceduresEnsuring all equipment is maintained, used and stored correctlyUsing correct chemicals for cleaning purposes using safe work practicesEnsuring all WH&S policies and procedures are followed
You will possess:Previous experience using the following machinery: Carpet Cleaner, Scrubbing Machine & Polisher/BurnisherAvailability to work autonomously overnight and on weekends and public holidaysAbility to work within time allocations whilst maintaining qualityImmaculate grooming and presentationProfessional communication skills and have a very strong eye for detail
