The Position
St John of God Subiaco Hospital is a world-class private hospital offering the highest quality medical and surgical care in a warm and welcoming environment. Many of Perths leading specialist physicians and surgeons practice at our 578 bed hospital, allowing our patients access to a comprehensive range of services. Our hospital is located in the heart of Subiaco close to stylish cafes, boutiques and with easy access to the trainstation.
We are looking for an Administration Superstar to join our team as Executive Administration Officer on a Full Time 76 hour basis.
The Executive Administrative Officer will provide comprehensive, high-level administration support to the Leaders at St John of God Subiaco Hospital in a range of clerical tasks including scheduling and calendar maintenance, prioritizing and handling of inbound and outbound communications, preparing agendas and records of meetings, organising travel, managing expense reports, word processing, and file maintenance.

The successful candidate will have: A willingness and capacity to embrace the Mission and Values of St John of God Health Care.Certificate in Administration/Secretarial Studies or considerable experience in a similar role.Advanced word processing skills with the ability to display documentation in a professional manner. Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to draft letters, memos, standard reports and other correspondence on behalf of the Director.Demonstrated interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with Executive, Managers, Caregivers, the public and other external stakeholders in a courteous manner whilst conveying a high level of professionalism.A high level of customer service skills including flexibility, tact and diplomacy.An attention to detail to ensure work is completed accurately and efficiently.Coordinate and organize resources to maximize all opportunities. Determines project/assignment requirements by breaking them down into tasks and identifying types of equipment, materials, and people needed.Demonstrated ability to prioritize and multitask to achieve desired results. Identifies more critical and less critical activities and assignments; adjusts priorities when appropriate.Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, email and the Internet.
