Job Description
Key duties within this role:
- Support across campaigns within the organisation
- Coordinate graphic design, video content and digital activity with external suppliers
- Update the website using Wordpress Content Management System (CMS)
- Create e-newsletters
- Brief designers on artwork jobs
- Proofreading and copy editing
- Schedule organic social media posts
- Coordinate SEO content with digital agency
- Coordinate photography shoots and video production schedules
- Generate monthly trend reports
- Coordinate client surveys and reporting on client NPS
- Respond to reviews on Google
- Support with events
- Manage collaterals (i.e. templates and brochures for divisions)
- Manage relationships with external vendors to ensure high-quality and timely execution of marketing programs
The Successful Applicant
Key Deliverables:
- Knowledge of email marketing best practices.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud
- Sound knowledge of social media fundamentals across multiple channels
- Exposure to SEO and SEM
- Excellent interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication
- Organisational skills and ability to multi-task
- Passion for digital and online media
- Comfortable with stakeholder engagement
