Take ownership of your own OSHC service located in Rossmoyne and lead a team of quality educators in providing a quality program built by the children, for the children.
You will cover split shifts, morning and afternoon, Monday to Friday, you will also receive paid administration hours to complete required tasks outside of service hours.
During the school holidays, split shifts are not required. You will host dynamic incursions and take the children to exciting local attractions (as scheduled by our vacation care team) which include water parks, museum, cinemas and more.
As a passionate people leader, you will mentor others and promote professional development and service success. You have the ability to coordinate priorities, manage escalations with demonstrated competency within frameworks and regulations.
