As an Associate, you will be responsible for:Providing exceptional customer service in handling all warm-to-hot leads with clients who have expressed an interest for further information and assistance.Converting inbound client queries into appointments for our Senior Financial and Superannuation ProfessionalsBuilding strong relationships of trust with members/clients and internal colleaguesAchieving Key Performance Indicators with a focus on call quality and customer experience
We would like you to have: Experience in listening, engaging with and understanding clients needsA grade communication telephone skillsProven experience in delivering exceptional customer serviceAttention to detail with computer skills (training will be provided)A willingness to learn about superannuationDirect sales and appointment setting experience would be a plusSelf-motivated and an aptitude to learn and develop (we will provide the tools and support to set you up for success); pluspassionate about helping people
