Job summary
Am I suited to being an Employment Consultant with APMs Salisbury North office?Previous experience is not a must. What we need from you is positivity, drive and a love for helping others succeed.
Perhaps you have experience solving problems in a call centre role, leadership exposure as a store manager, negotiation skills in a sales role or a love of motivating others from working as a personal trainer.
This job is all about building relationships and understanding what makes people tick.
A typical week will involve
Youll be supporting jobseekers by building their confidence or upskilling and guiding them through the process of finding work. Helping jobseekers identify their skills, abilities and suitable roles Building relationships with employers Marketing your jobseekers to potential employers Increasing jobseekers capacity for employment (through job search training, referral to counselling or other support services) Creating a clear pathway to employment for job seekers through personal Job Plans Working Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm
To be considered, you will have Eligibility to work in Australia A current drivers licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle Willing to complete a Criminal History Check Able to pass a Working with Children Check Ability to work Monday to Friday - 8:30am to 5:00pm
