We are seeking an Assistant Manager for our Balcatta store to train, coach and develop our team.

Roles and ResponsibilitiesRecruiting, training, supervising and appraising your teamMaintaining our store presentation guidelinesDealing with customer queries and complaintsOverseeing pricing and stock controlMaximising profitability and setting/meeting sales targetsEnsuring compliance with health and safety legislationPreparing promotional materials and displays in conjunction with our marketing teamLiaising with senior management

Our staff are responsible for everything that happens within their store. Our stores are exciting, fun environments to work in.
