This position is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and focused sales team who take pride in the delivery of a high quality, market leading, Australian-made product.
Working alongside the General Manager, the International Sales & Support will implement sales and marketing strategies to grow the Alcolizer brand internationally and manage all international sales and support.
Key responsibilities of the role:
Develop and drive the international sales and marketing strategy Translate overall company direction for international distributors and customers into a sales plan Generate and execute new ideas to contribute to profitable business growth Collaborate with stakeholders to address international product specifications and regulatory frameworks Negotiate ethically on price, terms and conditions consistent with Alcolizer values and established guidelines Actively build and maintain strong relationships with key international distributors and customers Plan and forecast sales activities including attendance at trade shows, new product introductions and in country demonstrations Ensure customer needs are met with outstanding customer service Proactively acquire new customers through outbound contact initiatives ABOUT YOU
We are seeking an ambitious self-starter with a forward-thinking attitude to become an integral part of the sales team. You will be a strategic thinker with a talent for operating in a lean and agile manner and the confidence to interact with people from a broad range of cultural and social backgrounds to gain trust and build lasting relationships. The ability to multi-task, prioritise effectively and deliver results against tight deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude is essential.
Previous international sales and marketing experience together with exposure to international trade and shipping is essential. A qualification in international business, management or marketing would be an advantage.
