WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU -

Hold a Diploma of Education and Care (or equivalent)

Hold a current First Aid qualification, including Asthma and Anaphylaxis

Ability to facilitate a free-flow indoor/ outdoor program

Have a desire to continually improve your skills and knowledge to improve outcomes for children through regular professional development

Have a desire to create special and happy childhood moments, that will live with children forever

Dedication to developing children and fostering their full potential

A friendly, warm and energetic demeanour

A kind, loving and patient approach to care and educating

Attention to detail

You will support children in their development and learning through nurturing relationships and positive interactions and learn how to provide physical care

As a valued member of the team, you will support educators to observe and document childrens learning and development and assist in the day-to-day operation of the room.
