An exciting role as one of our clients most senior architects within a leading telco organisation in Australia.
The Organisation
Our client is helping Australia transition to a future of digital transformation by building and operating a high-speed broadband network.
If you have previous experience as a Solution Architect within the Telco space this may be your next opportunity!
Daily responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
- The establishment and maintenance of technology roadmaps for one or more operational value streams aligned to business and IT demand.
- Consulting stakeholders to understand business needs and conduct options analysis to support recommendations on architectural options to meet strategic goals.
- Identify potential technical design risks and recommendations for mitigation.
- Coordinate forums and activities to drive consistency of solution design and ensure that the solution design is followed during the delivery lifecycle or acceptably modified in response to changing business needs or detailed design challenges.
To succeed in this position you will :
- Have highly developed problem-solving skills based on 5 to 10 years of systems strategy, network development and delivery technology experience, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
- Be adept at agile and DevOps based application development and/or analytical modelling to test complex business outcomes with emerging technologies.
- Live by values which foster true collaboration, teamwork and inclusivity.
- Have extensive experience in using OSS within a Telco environment.
