About the role:
The role provides high-level support to various projects, including key working areas within the Office of the Secretary. The role will also be responsible for supporting machinery of Government processes in a key focus area that may include State and Federal Government proposals, Ministerial briefings, parliament or Cabinet. Duties will include:

- Prepare and develop various business documentation, including operating procedures, training materials, templates, standards, guidelines and protocols, etc., for the relevant Branch/Function.
- Develop and maintain appropriate records management and reporting systems and report on key products and services delivered by the relevant Branch/Function.
- Support the provision of analysis and advice on proposals from other NSW Government agencies.
- Provide a timely, accurate, high-quality service while gathering information for and preparing complex documents in a high volume, deadline-driven environment.
- Prepare briefing material to support the Executives and Ministers attendance at key forums and meetings.
About the ideal candidate:
You will have worked in a similar role, and ideally with have the following attributes:
- Working in an environment of constantly competing priorities, including managing these priorities/projects to completion while delivering day-to-day tasks in the required time frames.
- Planning and prioritising workload to meet tight deadlines and deadlines which are subject to change at short notice.
- Managing the confidentiality requirements associated with the role, including influencing behaviour regarding confidentiality.
