Job summary
Western Health is undergoing an exciting and rapid period of development with significant planned investment in capital infrastructure across our network of hospitals.To be Successful in this Role you Will have excellent communication skills and ability to provide timely and appropriate information to project sponsors and stakeholders of any issues, risks or concerns that may affect the project in advance and developing solution options to help ensure project deliverables are achieved within agreed timelines and approved budgets Have well-developed project management organisational skills (including, monitoring and reporting on project plans, milestones and deliverables, budget and resource allocation and procurement activities) Have a proven track record in successfully providing support in managing new construction and refurbishment projects Have previous experience working in project managment on the client-side or as a clients representative Can demonstrate experience in collaborative and respectful approach to stakeholder engagement Have sound working knowledge and understanding of a range of infrastructure and environments (large and small), with experience in health an advantage but not essential. Can demonstrate strength in working collaboratively with a large project team, independently and remotely if necessary Are committed to high levels of achievement and developing personal skill level.
