Job Description
- Full end to end white collar recruitment - Job briefing, shortlisting, interviewing & offer processes.
- Taking ownership for all corporate roles from junior level through to executive leadership positions.
- Liaising with Senior & Junior stakeholders, managing recruitment expectations and delivering quality internal service on recruitment solutions.
- Working closely with the blue collar recruitment team & HRM to execute on recruitment strategies.
- Vision to grow a competent white collar recruitment function to align with business growth.
The Successful Applicant
- At least 4 -5 years experience in white collar recruitment.
- A growth mindset and attitude reflected of this.
- Ability to negotiate and push back.
- Experience in Agency or Mining highly regarded but not necessary.
- Experience in an autonomous or leadership position will be highly regarded but not necessary.
