We are currently recruiting a People Services Administrator to join our National People Services Team based in our Cannon Hill office in Brisbane.
Key Responsibilities: Support the Companys contract variation process for existing employees who move internally or where amendments to the terms of employment are required Provide support to the national People Services Team in relation to National People projects. Support, coach and guide our Operations Site teams in the creation, submission, review and approving of requests Delivery of a seamless services to our internal customers; ensuring accuracy, efficiency and on time payment of salary to our team members.
As part of the People Services Team, you will enjoy exposure to a wide variety of people related enquiries and at times we would love you to get involved in managing some of the overflow, or while others are on leave. This is a great opportunity for someone who would like to develop into a HR Generalist role.
The Person: Tertiary HR qualifications (or currently completing) with a strong knowledge & understanding on Employment Contracts/IR legislation Ideally 1-2 years in a HR Administrator role providing a range of support over the employee lifecycle Experience using an e-contracts module Experience working with specialist HR teams including workplace relations, immigration and payroll Knowledge of Microsoft Office and high level of computer literacy A broad range of influencing skills with the ability to develop and maintain relationships with a diverse set of stakeholders
