What role do you have on offer?
The role we have up for grabs is for a Car Sales Trainee to start their career with well know Prestige dealership located in the Inner West of Sydney.

The trainee title is purely results-focused (not time-specific) and is typically fast-tracked in as little as 1-3 months depending on how comfortable you feel and the progress you make.

By progressing to an "Executive" level sales results you'll receive an increased remuneration package and commission plan with the ability to work autonomously.

Your main aim in the Car Sales role is to connect with guests and ensure they have a seamless, exciting and genuine buying experience.

Your day-to-day looks like, but isnt limited to:
Handling various leads that come through various sources (internet, phone calls, emails, walk-in's and referrals). Demonstrating the vehicles to your guests. Taking guests on test drives in the vehicle of their choice Tailor the vehicle and enhance with packages to suit the guests key requirements. Negotiate price and terms. Provide a professional handover when the guest comes to pick up their new vehicle. On the job training and professional development. Do I need car sales experience to apply?
Absolutely not! We are recruiting candidates who enjoy connecting and engaging with people.
Dealerships consider candidates from various customer-facing roles including: Health & Fitness, Hospitality, Retail, Sales, Real Estate or similar.

Do I receive training & support?
You sure do! All employees will receive:
Sales & product training from the dealership's management team and Senior consultants. Specific product training by the new car manufacturer (e.g. if you are employed by a Toyota dealership you will have training provided by Toyota Australia Total Selling Solutions - The dealership can elect to enrol you in our specialised Online Sales Cadetship course The great news is that all training mentioned above comes at no cost. It's all provided on the job which means there is zero down time, and you are paid from day one to learn.

Who are you?
Our client is generally looking for candidates who are customer focused, engaging and bring an upbeat vibe to compliment their teams
Experience providing customer service either via the phone or face to face is essential. Are able to communicate clearly. Take pride in being punctual, professional, and organised. Get enjoyment out of building relationships and rapport with guests. Hold a current Australian Drivers license and have your own transport.
